Covered services are initial assessments, bereavement, marriage and family counseling, and work related stressors.
Families experience a lot of changes over the years, and some of those changes can be difficult to navigate. When family dynamics change, the whole family system changes. Marriage, babies, divorce, illnesses, or death are a few challenges that families can face that a third party counselor can help to navigate.
Marriage is often the most difficult change that people go through for obvious reasons. Utilizing pre or post marital counseling can make the transition much smoother for all couples.
Communication, finances, and conflict resolution are some of the more common topics covered in couples counseling, but those topics often have deep roots in family histories.
